1. Replacement Eligibility

We want to ensure your product arrives in its original condition. You are eligible for a Free Replacement if:

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • The product is faulty, broken, or damaged upon arrival.

  • The product is materially different from the description on our website.

2. Timeframe for Requests

  • 7-Day Free Replacement: Any replacement request made within 7 days of delivery will be processed Free of Cost.

  • 30-Day Support: We will cater to complaints landed within 30 days of delivery; however, requests made after the initial 7 days may incur additional shipping or processing charges.

3. No Refund & Change of Mind Policy

Following our fulfillment standards:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Once a purchase is made, it is final.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer replacements or returns for "change of mind." Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Evidence: Share a clear video or photos of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.

  2. Review: Our team will review the evidence. In many cases, we can guide you on how to fix minor usage issues.

  3. Logistics: If the product is confirmed faulty:

    • Option A: We may ask you to ship the item back to our warehouse in its original packaging (box and accessories included). Once received, we will ship the replacement within 5 working days.

    • Option B: We may schedule a courier to pick up the item and provide a replacement simultaneously within 14 working days.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Sale or clearance items (unless incorrect/faulty).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or sharp objects.

  • Products not in their original condition and packaging.
