1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Shipping Times

We understand that you want your orders fast.

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

To make your shopping experience more secure, we offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) across the UAE.

  • CoD Fee: Unlike many others, we strive to keep our CoD services accessible. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in AED when our courier partner arrives.

  • Confirmation: You may receive a smart order confirmation (via call or SMS) before we dispatch your order to ensure the delivery details are correct.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for our "Free Shipping" promotions on specific Home & Kitchen categories!

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

6. Important Information

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery is unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement under our 7-day return policy.
